Grace Kim
Grace has worked in the field of early intervention for the past two years, getting her start as a Service Coordinator Assistant at Life Bridge, and eventually becoming Happy Dragon’s sole Evaluation Coordinator for all five boroughs. Her areas of expertise include multidisciplinary evaluations, case management, early intervention rules and regulations, and Department of Health policies and procedures.
Grace has a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing and Media from Southern New Hampshire University. She plans to go back to school for a master’s degree in Education within the next year. Grace has successfully passed the Department of Health’s Bureau of Early Intervention State Audit for the last two years. She is fluent in Korean and English.
During her career, Grace has worked directly with clinicians, EIP Regional Offices, NYPD’s Emergency Service Unit, Early Intervention Official Designees, Assistant Regional Directors, and a multitude of service coordinators.
In addition to assigning and tracking all evaluation assignments, Grace works with our clinical team, coordinating and assigning internal and external multidisciplinary evaluations and supplemental evaluations while communicating with service coordinators, clinicians, EIP Regional Offices, and parents on the status of evaluations, referrals, and eligibility.
